1. REGISTRATION

1.1. Do I have to register in order to shop on the site?

Not. In order to buy, it is not necessary to register, but you must certainly enter all the necessary data that we need to have in order to deliver the goods to you when ordering. That's why it's best to register once with your e-mail address and enter all the necessary data, so they stay in our database and every next time you log in to make a purchase, everything will be filled in automatically. For successful registration, all mandatory fields marked with a red star should be filled in.

*Registration is possible using the simplest method of registration through several external companies that use your user data, such as: Google, Facebook, Microsoft, TikTok.

1.2. What information do I need to enter for registration?

You must enter your first name, last name, phone, e-mail, password, city, postal code, street and house number.

1.3. Why do I need to enter all the information?

We need all the information so that we can make the delivery and contact you in case of unexpected situations.

1.4. How can I change the data?

In order to subsequently change the data, click on the User account field in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click the Edit button. Please note that you must click the Save field at the bottom of the page where you change the data in order for the changes to be saved.

1.5. I changed my address. How to change the delivery address?

In order to subsequently change the data, click on the User account field in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click the Edit button.

If you want to add a new delivery address, click on the Saved addresses field (above your user data) and click on the field: Show addresses , then Edit . Fill in the required information and click Save or Save and mark as default .

1.6. I forgot my password, what now?

Click on the Login option in the upper right corner. Enter the e-mail address you registered with. Click on the option Forgot password . Check your e-mail inbox where you should have received an e-mail from the Ewla online store. Clicking on the link in the email will take you to the password change page. Enter a new password and confirm it.

2. ORDERS

Familiarize yourself with the ordering methods and what to do if you are not satisfied with the order.

2.1. Can Ewla products be ordered by phone?

That. If this is an easier method of ordering for you, you can do something like that by phone, but with a previously prepared order, for easier communication.

2.2. How long does it take for delivery?

Waiting for delivery depends on several factors. All orders received on weekdays before 12:00 are shipped the same day and in 90% of cases are delivered the next day, not including weekends and holidays. All orders after 12:00 are sent the next day and are delivered the next day. Orders placed on weekends are packed on Mondays and delivered the next day.

2.3. What if I'm not at home during delivery?

When the delivery person arrives at your address and if no one answers the door, the delivery person will call you on your contact phone to check if you are at home. If you do not answer, the delivery person will continue to deliver the rest of the delivery, and will try to deliver the product to your address again within the next 2 days. Due to the busy schedule of the delivery people, please be considerate of their schedule and let us know if you are unable to receive the order according to the earlier appointment.

2.4. If I want to cancel the order, can I do that?

Such a possibility exists, if you have decided that you do not want the order, you can cancel it by sending the order number to the e-mail address: info@ewla.rs within 1 hour from the moment of ordering. After that, the order is irrevocable, the goods are packed and sent to the specified address.

2.5. Is it possible to exchange a certain product?

That. Such a possibility exists, if certain rules are followed. The goods must remain undamaged and in their original packaging with the existing product declaration. In this case, the product can be exchanged for a different size or a different color. In more detail

3. PAYMENTS

3.1. Borrower - When picking up

Cash on delivery payment, as the name suggests, is made only when the ordered goods are picked up and payment is made exclusively in cash.

This means that you do not pay for the product when you order it, but when you directly pick up the shipment when picking it up from the delivery person. After the delivery person delivers the ordered shipment to your address, he will ask you to hand over the amount of money for which the sender (Ewla) requested to be charged.

We advise:

  • Prepare the exact amount of money
  • If you do not know the exact amount to be paid, contact us
  • If you do not know the shipment number, check the email with information about the order

3.2. You can pay via the Internet with credit and debit cards:

You can pay online using your bank cards. All your data remains safe.

One of the necessary functions of business with payment cards is risk management, which is approached with special attention, and prevention and detection of abuses (Online fraud prevention and Fraud detection) is one of the main tasks. Data is actively exchanged with banks from Serbia and Europe. The priority is a quick reaction in relation to the collected information, which can be achieved through high-quality data analysis.

Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during their transmission. This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the Payment gateway service, as well as vice versa.

I tried to pay by credit card, but my payment is not going through. What can I do?

Double-check that all the entered data matches those written on the credit card. If it says "Rejected card" or if, despite everything, you cannot make a payment via the Internet, first check if you have funds on the card, please contact your bank, since the Ewla online store does not approve transactions, but your bank does.

3.3. By payment slip - Through the account

You can pay for your order by direct payment to our account, via a payment slip. You can make the payment by standard money order at any Post Office or bank in the territory of Serbia.

The minimum commission at cash registers varies from 20 dinars to 85 dinars, depending on where you pay. If you use online banking when paying via a payment slip, the commission will probably be RSD 0.00, but that depends on the banks themselves and their business policies.

Important note:

In all other 3 cases of payment, the package is sent immediately upon receipt of the order, however, with the payment method by money order, we send the package only after we see that the payment has been made by the client.
