European Union: 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you when we receive and review your refund and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
