Sale Terms

Purchasing rules define shopping rules that ensure the quality of our service and customer satisfaction. Dear, the fact that you enter into a distance contract are automatically protected by the Consumer Protection Act. If you make an order for our goods and at least one of the following situations applies to you, then you acknowledge acceptance and consent to be bound by these Terms of Purchase.



1. CONDITIONS OF CONSULTATION AND ACCEPTANCE


Every order you submit on www.ewla.rs represents our offer for the purchase of goods. Once you make your order, you will receive an email as a confirmation of the ordered products, which confirms the receipt of your order (this email is generated automatically and you receive it immediately upon order). If you do not receive an email from www.ewla.rs, within 5 minutes, which confirms the receipt of an order you made, then contact us with the contact details of your order. The next message you receive is that the order is in processing, and then you receive confirmation that your goods have been sent by courier service.

If Ewla refuses your order due to price error and / or other information, Ewla will notify you to the email address you provided. When the error is corrected, Ewla will ask you if you want to resend the order again.

1.2 CONVERSION STATEMENT FOR PAYMENT CARD *


All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - RSD (RSD). For information display prices, they can be seen in euros. 2. DELIVERED DELIVERY OR INABILITY OF GOODS

If this happens, Ewla will contact you so that you are aware of the situation.

 

3. GOOD PREPARATION


Ewla is a brand of a private brand. In order to protect intellectual property rights, any suspicion of reselling goods for personal and / or business profit is strictly prohibited. Ewla will not accept any warrant deemed to possess the characteristics of resale. Ewla reserves the right to block such an order, if it is suspected of being a resale. 4. QUALITY WARRANTY


EWLA guarantees the quality of its products. All products are original trademarks and correspond to the specifications specified on the site. The warranty provider, within the warranty period, at its own expense ensures the removal of defects and defects of products arising from the mismatch of the actual ones with the prescribed or declared characteristics of product quality. In case of failure to perform this obligation, the warranty provider will replace the product with a new one or return the money.

 

GUARANTEE 6 MONTHS


The warranty period starts on the date of sale of the item and lasts for 6 months. Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the buyer can return the product without any further explanation. The buyer bears the cost of postage and the money is returned in full. The buyer loses the right to a warranty if the defect is caused by failure to comply with the given instructions for use and if any unauthorized persons have been repaired on the product. In order to avoid misunderstandings, when delivering, the seller and buyer's duty is to inspect the product and to indicate any mechanical damage, in which case the product will be replaced.

 


5. REPLACEMENT FOR ORDER


If after the takeover of goods you have determined that the size does not suit you or you want to replace the item for the other reason, you are entitled to a replacement. If you have purchased the goods via the online store www.ewla.rs, you can substitute the same on the Internet store www.ewla.rs in the following way:
Send an order number. Send the code and the size of the item for which you want to make a replacement on info@ewla.rs or contact us at the phone number 0644603936 where you will get detailed instructions. The item can not be changed if worn or treated. In case of replacement of goods, Ewla shall bear the cost of the first refund. That is, the buyer will bear the cost of transporting the disputed item to the warehouse, while transporting the replacement item from the warehouse to your address will cost EWLE. For each subsequent replacement, the buyer will bear the full cost.
Replacement deadline is 14 days from the moment the customer submits the request, and after the receipt of the product.

 


5.1 RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS


Compliance with the Guarantee Timeframe - The Guarantor, within the warranty period, at its own expense ensures the removal of defects and defects of the products arising from the mismatch of the real with the prescribed or declared characteristics of the product's quality. In case of failure to fulfill this obligation, the warranty provider will repair the defective item, replace the product with a new one, or return the money. In that case, you send the product to our address and we bear the shipping costs.

 


5.2 DEADLINE FOR REFUND OF MONEY


The time limit for returning money and determining the credibility of what the buyer stated when returning the goods is 21 days after receipt of the goods. After this period a decision is made whether a new product will be given to the customer or a refund will be made. For respected complaints, EWLA fully carries out transport costs. In the case of the return of goods and the return of funds to the buyer who previously paid some of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, EWLA is obliged to make a refund solely through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods.

Any personal identifiable information provided by EWLI via www.ewla.rs is subject to PRIVACY. Ewla controls the www.ewla.rs website, from its offices located in the state of Serbia. These Terms of Purchase are regulated by the law of the state of Serbia, without a conflict of law clause. These Terms of Purchase are not applicable by any party other than Ewle and its customers.
