Are Ewla's clothing manufactured in Serbia?

Yes. All Ewla products are manufactured in Serbia and are part of the original Ewla brand.

 

1. REGISTRATION korisnički profil

Learn more about how you buy Ewla products.

1.1. Do I have to register to buy on the site?

No. To buy our products it is not necessary to register, but surely when ordering, you must enter all the necessary information that we must have in order to deliver you goods. That's why it's best to register once with your email address and enter all the necessary data, so they stay in our database and every next time you sign up, to buy, everything will be automatically filled. All required fields marked with a red star should be filled in for successful registration.

What information do I have to enter for registration?

You must enter name, surname, phone, e-mail, password, city, zip code, street and home number. To register, click the icon:
 

 

1.3. Why should I enter all the information?

We need all the information so we can deliver and contact you in case of sudden situations.

 

1.4. How can I change the data?

To subsequently change the data, click the User Account in the top right corner of the screen, and then click the Edit button. Please note that you must click the Save link at the bottom of the page where you are changing the data to save the changes.

 

1.5.  I changed the address. How do I change my shipping address?

To subsequently change the data, click the User Account in the top right corner of the screen, and then click the Edit button.

If you want to add a new delivery address, click on the Saved addresses field (above your user data) and click on the first Add new customer field. Complete the information requested and click Save or Save and mark it as the default.

 

1.6. I forgot my password, what now?

Click on the Sign in button in the upper right corner. Enter the e-mail address you registered. Click Forgot my password. Check your email box in which you should receive an e-mail from Ewla online store. By clicking on the link in the mail, you will get to the password change page. Enter a new password and confirm it.

2.1. Can Ewla products be ordered by phone?

Yes. If it's an easier method of ordering, you can do this by phone, but with pre-ordered order, for easier communication.

 

2.2. How long does it take to deliver?

2.3. What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

When a deliveryer comes to your address and if no one appears at the home door, the service provider will call you to the contact phone to check if you are at home. If you do not, the supplier will continue to ship the rest of the delivery, and will return to your address again to deliver the product within the next 2 days. Due to the heavy distribution of the supplier, please be careful according to their schedule and notify us if you are unable to receive the order according to the earlier selection of terms.
 

2.4. If I want to cancel the order, can I do it?

Yes. Such a possibility exists, if you have decided that you do not want an order, you can cancel it by sending an order number to meil address: info@ewla.rs within 1 hour from the moment of ordering. After that the order is irrevocable, the goods are packed and sent to the given address.

 

2.5. Is there a possibility to replace a particular product?

Yes. Such a possibility exists, if certain rules are observed. The goods must remain undamaged and in their original packaging with the existing product declaration. In this case, the replacement of the product for another size or other color can be done, with the buyer being able to bear the cost of the mail. Details

 

2.6. Is there a possibility to order a custom product?

Unfortunately, we still do not have the option to take custom orders individually, but as always, a possible arrangement is possible.

 

2.7. What if I am not satisfied with the service?

You can make payments via the Internet through your bank cards. All your data remains safe with CHIP CARD a.d. (Electronic Merchant Services) member of the Asseco SEE providing a complete e-commerce service.

CHIP CARD a.d. is a member of the European Forum for the Prevention of Abuse (EFSG) and Fraud Forum at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Exchange of data with banks from Serbia and Europe is actively being carried out. The priority is a quick reaction in relation to the information collected, which can be achieved by quality data analysis.

Ewla does not store credit card numbers, and other data is not available to unauthorized persons.

The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured using SSL encryption

Internet billing pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128 bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data encryption process to prevent unauthorized access when transmitted. This enables secure information transmission and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and CHIP CARD a.d. service, and vice versa.

I tried to pay by credit card, but my payment does not pass. What can I do?

Check again if all the data entered matches those written on the credit card. If a Dedicated Card is printed or if you can not make payments online, first check that you have funds on the card, kindly asking you to contact your bank, as Ewla online store does not approve the transaction, but your bank is doing so.

 

5. In the past, I bought your product but do not have this model anymore?

Due to constant changes, we are changing too. In this sense, there are models that we no longer produce. You can potentially find them in the part of the RETRO menu and see if there is a desired item in that part. If you find it, contact us to discuss the details.
